• 500g Beef
• 1 chopped Onion
• 2 chopped Carrots
• 2 chopped Potatoes
• 1 small Pumpkin
• 100g Dried Apricots
• 2 Litres Beef Stock
• To taste Salt

🥘 Bereiding
1. Brown the Beef: In a large pot, brown the beef cubes.
2. Remove and set aside.
3. Sauté Vegetables: In the same pot, cook the onion until translucent.
4. Add carrots, potatoes, and pumpkin, cooking for a few minutes.
5. Simmer: Return the beef to the pot.
